The Advertiser represents that he/she possesses the right to publish, and hereby grants to GolfStyles and any of its agents the irrevocable right and permission to reproduce (throughout the United States) all trademarks, trade names, copyrighted material, and other images provided by the Advertiser to GolfStyles for the purpose of fulfilling the advertising agreement.
Advertiser Responsibilities
- The Advertiser assumes full responsibility that their advertisement, business operations, services, and products comply with all applicable laws.
- The Advertiser acknowledges that they have no right or ownership in any photograph, graphic, or other image provided or arranged by GolfStyles, including any image containing the Advertiser's likeness.
- The Advertiser releases and discharges GolfStyles and any of its agents from any and all claims and liability arising out of the production of the advertisement and any material provided by the Advertiser.
Payment Terms
- All checks for deposit or payment shall be made payable to GolfStyles only.
- A $27.50 service charge will be imposed for any check returned for any reason.
- A service charge of $1.50 or 2% per month (24% A.P.R.) will apply to balances outstanding beyond 30 days.
- GolfStyles' liability to its Advertiser shall not exceed the amount paid by the Advertiser under this agreement.
Important Notices
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- The Advertiser shall not receive any refunds based on non-payment of balance due under contract.
- The Advertiser shall be responsible for all balances due in the event of any cancellation received after 3 days of e-signing the advertising agreement.
- Failure to respond or receive an ad layout does not relieve the Advertiser of any financial obligation.
- Advertiser waives all rights to any or all refund.
Collections & Default
In the event it becomes necessary for GolfStyles, at its option, to place the account in the hands of an attorney or collection agency for the purpose of debt collection, the Advertiser agrees to pay an additional sum equal to all costs of collection — including but not limited to attorney's fees and collection agent's fees.
GolfStyles Rights
GolfStyles reserves the right to cancel any advertising for any reason and make a pro rata refund of any monies paid thereof. All other terms of this agreement remain in full force and effect.
By e-signing the GolfStyles Advertising Agreement, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions in full.
